I was that guy. I was that burned out, stressed out, unhappy, uninspired, disengaged miserable bag of angst and fear grinding it out day after day in a cubicle. I was stuck. Really stuck.
On the outside, I was a successful planning and performance executive in a large corporation. I had risen through the ranks of my industry as an analyst, programmer, project manager, team leader, and was living the dream. Except I wasn’t. So I took a scary leap into the world of consulting and never looked back.
After a few twists and turns, including some time as a professor, I realized my calling was to apply my experience in the corporate world with my passion for coaching to help people achieve profound, lasting personal and professional change.
